It’s been said that a business is a reflection of the owner, and with that, we have to remind ourselves every day, as business owners, that it’s our responsibility to look into that mirror.

The Number of Solutions Available Is Almost Endless 

If you thought you had a lot of possible solutions available before, the New Roaring ‘20s we’re all living in because of AI has expanded that exponentially. But that’s even more reason to look in the mirror of our businesses every day!

It’s easy to buy the wrong solution–or a non-solution–to a problem we haven’t fully faced.

Certain business models and entire industries sustain themselves in that truth, but our business operations suffer from it.

The Tech You Use May Malfunction 

“The tech is teching” is a saying we have here at FTLOS. Those of you who are Google Workspace users understand this intimately. Software tools are never perfect, and yet we still have to build our businesses around them and rely on them heavily. 

So, what’s the point of changing how we use our current software or introducing a new tool into the mix, if the friction of imperfect software never goes away?

Because expecting/demanding/waiting for the perfect tool or ideal timing before acting is the most effective way to avoid getting better.
