A lot has changed at For the Love of Systems (FTLOS) in the five years since its launch, and even more has evolved–especially how we work with and create value for our amazing clients. 

We cut our teeth during the pandemic, and then refined our methods during the post-COVID onslaught of AI-integrated business tools. Our approach to honing small business operations has evolved through the craziest of times, and we love sharing our tried and true knowledge with you!

Today, we’re providing a brief overview of our approach, and then, over the next four weeks, we’ll go in-depth into each layer of the pyramid. 

It all starts with the way you and your team work together–your habits. Those habits shape the processes that run your business. And your clarity (or lack thereof) around those processes impacts how well your business can leverage systems to its advantage. 

In the end, the quality of your systems will determine if your business can grow and scale–and that quality is determined by your approach.

This is why systems and processes aren’t a cure-all in business. Yes, they’re important–but if they arise from a poor approach or bad habits, they’re likely to create more problems than successes.
